Work Duty

Work Duty Overview

2017 Work Duty Program Registration

EAA relies on parent involvement to sustain the park and its programs.   Parents of all players (4U - 14U) are obliged to fulfill work assignments (usually in the Concession Stand).  Every family who chooses work  assignments in lieu of buy out will receive two assignments. Every family who chooses the buy out fee will be charged the $125.00 during the registration process.

Once registered, you can access your work assignments data by logging onto your account.  Once your Concession duties are picked on line during registration they CANNOT be changed at at later date.   Please do not ask to be rescheduled.  When a parent fails to show up for a work assignment, their child is immediately suspended from the program, until the Association's treasurer receives the appropriate fine.  A team utilizing a suspended player will forfeit all games in which that player appears.

The fines for missing Work Duty are:

  • $150 for a 1 credit shift
  • $300 for a 2 credit shift

You must be 21 years of age to work the concession stands.

If your shift is rained out, you will NOT need to reschedule.

Please contact Mike Walton ( with any questions or reschedule requests.

Need to Trade Your Duty

If you are interested in trading a concession duty day, please forward your name, duty date/ time, and contact information to Mike Walton at,  who will place your request here for others to see and possibly contact you regarding a trade.  As always, EAA is not involved in the trading transaction or the repaying of dates.  EAA will always hold the parent scheduled for the duty as the responsible party to cover the shift.
